Financing&Moving MH To Land

I can't sell my MH (it's a DW) in my park (like many other people). I want to move my MH onto land that I would own & try to sell it as soon as I can when I do this. Is this a lot of risk? A company priced out the $$ it would cost to move it and to make it into a house (basement, etc..) and it was 119,000! I don't want to put any $$ down on the new loan, is that possible? I would like to minimize the amount of $$ I am putting into the house. Also, should I try to sell it right away or try to rent it out? I'm looking for ideas! Help! :-S
