DW On Land For Future Building?
We're thinking about buying a newer DW to put on about 5 acres. The land will be used for a future home or subdividing. We'll live in it for a couple of years and either move it to the back of property for in-laws or sell and build. Anyone have any experience doing some thing like this? Nashville, TN. area.
That is very common here in Texas as families like to live close together on same acerage.
Just make sure the restrictions on the land allow Mobile homes and two homes on the same property. That is a problem we sometime run into here.
