I would be very careful with that product. I think that the the product uses FFA sites (Free for all sites) to provide the traffic. If they do then the traffic you get will likely not lead to much web traffic or valuable leads.
I did not buy the product and because I did not receive a good explanation of where the traffic would come from when I asked the sales person.
To succeed on the web you need targeted traffic. Read up on search engine placement and email newsletters. Shari Turow wrote a great book on it. (I can't remember the name). Seth Godin has a great CD course for about 69 bucks on email marketing. These will teach a lot about marketing on the internet.
Be careful and ask a lot of questions before you buy something as expensive as guaranteed traffic.
