Do you think its a good idea to buy in another state? For an instance if I find something great in Arizona and I cant get there but I want to buy it could I buy it without even going there?
I don't recommend that people buy properties they haven't seen. Should you buy a property 3,000 miles away? That depends on what you're planning to do with the property--hold, flip, develop, etc. Also, if you're buying real estate in another state, you'll need to get up to speed on the real estate laws and practices of that state. These vary widely from state to state.
