Anyone Familiar With The Laws In TN?
I am finally starting to purchase mobile homes and am unsure what government agency I need to check with to see what will be required to buy sell and finance mobile homes. Any ideas who I need to talk to to get liscensed or if I even need to get liscensed at all?
