Anybody Lease Option Mobile Homes

Hi guys usually deal with houses but have come acroos some mobile homes I can lease option and subject to. Anybody know of any problems with this and how to work them out if so. Thanks, Jim

    There is a guy named Lonnie Scruggs who has some excellent material on this. He's an older,Southern gentleman. You can probably find him on the web, or someone here might know about him.
