Any investors here from Washington state?
hello, i was wondering if there are any investors here near Kennewick washington? I'm in california but i have a property there{3bd+2ba,2story,lg.lot}. It's has no leins nor morgage and should be worth $90k+. i need to work with somebody there to get this house sold or something, i had renters in there but there lease is now up.Im to far away to really do much with it. If you have any ideas or would like to work a deal let me know. Also i'm looking for a way to take out a loan on it,maybe???
