Who's Having Luck With Signs???
Hey,
I guess i'm going to order my "We Buy Houses, CA$H...Fast!" signs... Anyone else having really good luck with a different sign in their area?
I was told different signs are targeted to different types of houses. (low-priced homes vs high-priced homes)

This should really be posted in the Marketing Forum. To answer you question, you really have to find what works in your area through trial and error. You could see if there are many WE buy houses signs and call them and ask how they have done. You might want to go to the Marketing Forum and read some of the latest posts on signs and flyers and check the archives for more info on advertising. I would be glad to help in anyway I can, just let me know. I do use Bandit signs, but I havent had any response from them yet...except from someone taking them down and taking them away..hahaha. I guess it goes with the territory. Good luck and let me know..
bandit signs are not the only method of marketing. PM me your email so i can send you 7 diferent ways to market to motivated sellers.
depends on what you're looking for with your marketing campaign and where you place them you should have good results. There are about 20-30 ways to locate properties and signs are just one.
