Where Should I Put My Ad In The Paper?
Hello, I looked in my local newspaper today, and I didn't see any of those "I buy houses" ads. I looked in the classified ads under the real estate section. Nothing at all. I was told by others that there was at least 10 other ads like this and I was wasting my time if I put one there, because that's where the "big companies" advertise. Anyway I'm thinking about placing an ad like: SELL YOUR HOUSE NOW! Forclosure?Double Payments? We buy houses for cash! www.homes4cash.net xxx-xxx-xxxx (still fine tuning the ad) Any other suggestions to this would be appreciated! Could place it in 2 places houses wanted or under loans
Or even "Houses Wanted", "Real Estate Wanted", "Real Estate Services", "Wanted To Buy", "Business Opportunity","Homes & Land", "Condos"
Although we have never print advertised as buyer, it seems many buyers ads we've seen use one of the ablove categories.

you can also place it in "house for sale" so if a potential seller is going to place his ad he will see your ad that you "buy houses"and call you.
