What Is On Your Personal Business Card?

myr profile photo

i am trying to create a personal real estate investor business card (buy and hold type of investor) for networking with other real estate investors/bird dogs and for prospective sellers/homeowners in default.

what kind of information/message would you recommend to use for the best marketing and should i create 2 different cards- one for the fellow investors and one for prospective sellers/homeowners in default?
thank you!

    addr
    phone
    cell
    fax

thank you, cjmazur. its good to see you

do you [or would you] use any phrases like "Real Estate Investor", "I buy & sell houses", "Cash for house selling referrals" ...?

The front of my business card has name of my business entity, my name and title, business address, phone and fax numbers, email address and web url.

If I wanted to put anything else on the card to describe specific niches that are not immediately obvious, I would put it on the back of the card.

If you want to put somthing like "Real Estate Investor" on your card, you could make that your title.[ Edited by NewKidInTown3 on Date 01/17/2009 ]

Of course it is important that your whole name was there, contact number, home & business address, email or web page, and your business entity.

I always use a catch phrase on the card. so when you call someone back or they have a deal or know someone that needs help, you phrase comes to mind. I have been using that methoid for years and has never failed me.
