What About The We Sell Houses Ads ....
are they a good idea?? has anyone worked with these companies?? I am wondering because my house is not getting any nibbles and I am relocating, I have lost out on two houses already. I am considering doing this but I don't want to loose my shirt either. I have been told that they are a scam and that they give you less than fair market value. Does anyone know??

If you're getting no showings, then most likely you need to find another realty company. If you aren't getting any offers then most likely you are priced a bit too high. I'm guessing that company is a low or flat fee company since their name doesn't seem very recognizable? Perhaps going with a full service(6-7%) listing company might help.
