Hello everyone, I am looking for a good, successful letter to use for marketing to owners of boarded up and vacant homes. Does anyone have any ideas or a proven letter? Thanks.

    Try both then get rid of the one with the lower response, based on advertising cost.

    I think it would be best to let the paper do the inserts and design it. If you can print your own flyers for 1 cent then go for it.
