Yep, I have a competetor as well, taking down my signs. I just put'em back up. In my mind, there's enough business for everyone -but I really cannot say enough for getting to know the neighbors around our properties. I tend to get properties like that too.

I don't think you should pull his signs down, why stoop to his level.
Simply place a sticker over his signs saying "For A Good Time Call" let him handle the lonely hearts.
