Targeting Buyers Through Demographics
I am considering purchasing a targeted mailing list of renters with a certain income level in areas where I have seller-financed properties available.
Anyone who has used this, I would love to hear recommendations on how to do it most effectively.
Also, any recommendations of high-quality and cost-effective on-line mailing list providers where I can selected the list with specific demographic criteria?

http://www.InfoUSA.com is one of the largest mailing list providers in the nation. You can search their residential listings and specify that you want renters with a certain income range.
I would also suggest looking in your Yellow Pages under "mailing lists" or "list brokers". Try calling a few brokers locally to get counts and cost estimates. It doesn't cost you any extra to go through a broker and if you find a good one, they will know where to look to get you the best list for the best price.
I would suggest getting a list of 1000 to test first and get a feel for what the response is.
