Just remember, what works in one area might not work everywhere. You have to experiment with different styles and see what works for you in your area. Look around and see what others in your area are using and try similar techniques. Hope this helps. Good luck

Here in Chicago I can mail out 100 letters and get 10 to 15 calls. It depends on the wording in your letter. You can't help everyone. Good Luck & "HAPPY NEW YEAR"
I did it. Mailed out about 3500 pieces and got like 5 calls. None were motivated.
