Hello,
What is the normal commission for a RealEstate agent to charge on vacant land. The land is in Orange County, New York.

    I have no idea what the typical fee structure is in NY for vacant land. In both Florida and New Hampshire, the real estate sales commission was 10% when I sold undeveloped lots.

    Contact the listed agents for a few of the vacant lots advertised for sale in the local classified ads. Ask them what their commission is for undeveloped land.
