Post Card Message
Hello everybody,
I have a question to anybody who is using post cards to find motivated sellers.
Is your message the same for out of state owners and
owners in the same county or do you have different one?
I am trying to swich from letters to p. cards and trying to figure out the best way to advertise to different groups of people.
How would out of state owners know what state I am talking about?
Do you think they would pay attention to my return address?

Great Stuff. I copied the post for future reference. Couple of points and additions
25. I live by MS Street and Trips and by my Garmin Street Pilot GPS. I do not see how anyone can be in real estate investing without these two tools.
28. What is the name of the book?
41. I also tell the unmovtivated people to use a realtor. My next step is to hook up with a realtor and give them the home owners name to get a referral fee.
49. Get Sirius or XM satellite radio. They will make all that driving much more interesting.
50. Vena Jones-Cox is Real Estate 101 and her course on finding deals is a great course for getting started.

hardtime - what type of properties are you focusing on? foreclosures, fixers, residential, commercial?
Thanks for the info. May I ask where you are located, and about how much did you make last year. or # of deals would be interesting to know just starting out myself. Also everyone keeps talking about their one page contracts I have a couple but i dont like them nor are they one page (2-) could you send me one or guide me please help.

Thanks hardtime for sharing all this great information. As I am just starting out it is great to read and learn from others who are in the business. And I hope that I can learn and grow in real estate and investments that I one day will be able to contribute to this great site I found online and be of help to anyone and everyone.
