Need A Letter For Vacant Properties!
I received returned post cards with “vacant” written on the card. I looked the homeowner up and they are out town homeowners. I need a letter to send out to the homeowners. I am not sure what to say.
I appreciate any suggestions that could help me out.

Carol, Here is the text that I use in my letters. Something like this might work.

Dear ,
I am interested in purchasing your property at Address in Baltimore. This is not a solicitation for a listing and I am not a Realtor. I can pay cash for houses and would like to speak with you about buying your property.
I am looking for a property to purchase in any condition AS-IS, including vacant properties in need of work. If you would like to sell this property or any other real estate that you own, please call me at Phone #. I can pay cash and settle quickly. Thank you for your consideration.
