Monthly Fees Or One-time Setup?

dave321 profile photo

Hello,

We have been shopping for a new real estate website but some companies like real estate website design charge a one-time fee and then some companies charge monthly fees but have long-term contracts. Has anyone had any experience with either one? I am leaning towards the one-time setup because there are no long term contracts but any input will be helpful from real estate veterans. Thank you.

What do you mean "real estate website"? What type of website are you looking for -- an investor website like TCI? A site to advertise your properties? A site to find sellers?

How much does it cost to give it a try?
