MLS Strategy

A thought to ponder and expand: List property where investors are looking, not necessarily where they live.
I have properties in W. North Carolina that I want to sell to Atlanta investors.
I list them with a N. Georgia MLS number and investors looking in N.Ga. will find my properties.
Western N.C. is much cheaper than just south of the border in Ga. so my properties, being in the same general location, should raise an eyebrow to investors that were looking for property just a few miles south of me.
Just did it so I don't have a report on results yet. But see what I mean? The strategy should work.

Sounds like it will work, as long as there are investors that live in your area, looking for property where you own them...let us know, its an interesting strategy whether it works or not.
