We can pay cash for your home, or even make payments to you at rates better than what you're currently getting at the bank. Also ask us about reverese mortgages, and get that equty OUT of your home Any thoughts (fyi I am also a loan officer, that's why I offered the reverse mortgage note)

That's exactly what I'm afraid of, therefore I was hoping to get some help with the wording...
