Marketing Question With High End Buyers
We are looking for some suggestions in the marketing area. We are doing a lot of lease purchase, on new homes 200,000-500,000. Has everyone ever done marketing with after high end buyers? If so what type of marking worked the best for you?

Do a search for Atlanta Home Rentals and it should bring up the website(s).
I have done them in Chicago. I did the normal route. Newspaper.... Rent to Own, $360K, 4br, 2.5bth. blah blah blah
Come to think of it, I have one in Chicago coming available in January. Price on this one will be about $405K. I had better get to work....geez
