Marketing Campaign
I am beginner RE investor working on a shoe string budget. I would like to advertise to homeowners 2 months late on their payments. I know that credit bureaus sell the data and charge about $10K for 30000. I don't have that money to pay. Any suggestions? 
Find something else or wait until foreclosure begins and start mailing to the homeowners like the rest of the investors, lawyers, mortgage brokers and listing agents.
Or you can forsake the mailing campaign and knock on the homeowner's door. That should save you money.
