Mailing Letters And/or Postcards
Greetings all,
I am a newer investor in Metro Detroit, and I have a few general questions about mailings. Any input would be appreciated. As a note, I have some money to spend, but I have to spend it wisely and effectively, especially since I am just getting started. While I realize I have to put some money into it, I also want to make sure I spend it wisely.
1. How many letters or postcards minimum need to be sent to be effective?
2. How many mailings?
3. How much time between mailings?
I realize these are very generic questions, but I am just trying to get some kind of idea, so I can better plan my budget and my time. I would appreciate any input from any experienced investors who have used this as part of their marketing. I also will read some of the previous posts here to get further input. Thanks in advance for any help.
