Looking For Data Sources To Market For Leads
I am not searching for online sources of COMPS.
But perhaps some of you might recommend a few sites that give the info about "Out of State Owners" "NODs" and data of that nature.
Pre-Foreclosure info on the web is also welcome but I am looking for more comprehensive data on homeowners to determine possible distress.

I just became reaquainted with an old business partner. he is a mortgage broker and apparently he took my suggestion from 2 years ago that he look into licensing the proprietary homeowner database (nationwide) that he was using at the time.
he paid almost $700k for the license, and has substantially reduced his marketing costs by offering marketing services to other local mortgage brokers.
can anybody think of a useful application for this database? i have full use and access to it, and im looking for a way to capitolize on it's availability.
any suggestions are welcomed
