Lists From Credit Bureaus

I understand that you can buy lists from credit bureaus of people that are 60 days behind in their payments.

Has anyone tried this in their state?

I am just looking for an angle on something new. I am targeting my marketing since I spend thousands each month in various forms of direct mail. The very best deals for me are SS. We make the best spread there with average profits now over 30k.

I am only really interested in lists of people that are 60 days behind on their mortgages in Salt Lake County.

My last lists were very expensinve at $500-$600 per mailing and I do one every week and s ometimes two.

Since I brought my lists etc in house I am more productive and profitable.

What a great angle. Please post any additional info or experiences--such as which credit bureau is selling the leads.

I have got prices for the list brokers with these lists and it runs about $1500 for up to 5000 names.

We will be putting it into play here shortly

    Stockpro99,
    just wondering,
did you get this quote from one of the credit bureaus, or from someone else?
Also, is that possible to narrow down the target list to only those who own duplexes, triplexes etc. How does it work?

    Please advise
    Thank you

I understood a delay in the reporting of late payments to the credit bureau. If a payment is late it may take an additional 30 days to post.

So, a 30 day late would actually be 60 day late.

    Is this true?

I really just did a online search. Since I also own a mortgage company Experian was willing to sell me a list in my area of people that were anywhere from 30-90 days late on there payments so that I could offer them a loan........

Any truth to the rumor that J. Locke was abducted by aliens?
