Letters & Postcards
Does anyone have a recommended number of different letters or postcards that they use.
My objective is to locate properties for investors, assign contracts, and flip properties.
Any suggestions if I should use more than one post card template or letter template?
you'll probably start out with a few different drafts, and then you'lllikely revise them along the way. After you find what works, you will probably only use one.
