Laws About Signs

Are there any laws I should look out for when posting bandit signs?
Is there an office common to all states that I can contact to find out?

Thanks

Each city is different with respect tp bandit signs. Some are more strict than others. Visit you local jail and talk to all the lifers that are on death row for putting out bandit signs. If you see none then you might try putting out one sign to see what happens. Wait two or three years to make sure you have not been spotted by the sign gustappo and maybe you can put up two or three more. Seriously, the signs are cheap and there is not much of a problem in most cities. You should maybe check with other investors in your area who use signs and get their insight.

    Good LUCK and Thank You
    Hope this helps some

It's against most of the city ordinances. Call up your local town hall or whatever and ask. They will tell you that you can put signs on private property. Then you can make a decision if you want to put signs up and take the risk of getting caught / fined. I think most people decide the risk of being fined is very small, and worth the payoff. It's just a personal decision everyone makes for themselves. I myself took a considerable amount of time in deep thought as to the ramifications of my actions were I to get "caught" putting up a sign. After maybe 5 seconds I decided I would put signs up. I would just advise you to do some deep soul searching and do what feels right for you. If you don't the time may come when you are on your deathbed and you think back to the times when you put up bandit signs and you'll never forgive yourself. Best of luck.
