I have listened to it and thought that she had some good ideas. It gets pretty repitieous at time where she says they exact same thing about various mailing campaigns. Some times you wonder if the CD has skipped back to the beginning. But she definately gave me a couple of ideas. And if one deal comes from that idea - which I am sure it will - then it was worth the money and time. But .... I do not like her letters. The return gimmick to get the homeowner to mail you back I do not think would work.

As long as they disclose that fact to their clients nothing is wrong with it...

That is good to know because I think this is a potentially lucrative source of leads that I have not tapped into before.

It looks like it may be a good idea to remove the referral fee offerfrom the letter to the lawyer. My letter still points out other values to the lawers, such as being able to close the case a move on to the next client and as mentioned before, if I referrals, if I run across other clients. I am also planning on offering some type of joint venturing. For instance, I run an ad in the paper (better yet, thrifty nickel) targeted to people who are contemplating bankruptcy, when they respond. I simply forward their contact information to a bankruptcy attorney. The idea is when he/she has someone who wants to get rid of their house, he/she will in turn call me.
