How To Generate Leads?
Iam just starting to get into the sales and loans part but mostly work with defaults.
Just wanted to know whats the best approach to find some clients and maybe land some listings or just find people who want to buy some properties. My budget right now is kinda tight since iam working on other projects. So wanted to know whats my best bang for the buck.

Start with buying professional looking business cards. If you are with a Broker, most agencies will supply your first order. You will be surprised how many people ask you for one. I've been a realtor for a year, and since April I have given out appx half of my supply.
People are wonderful, you just need to get out there and find out for yourself. Put an ad in your local newspaper for another starter, you'd be surprised again how many people notice even the slightest ads.
Check out some of the Free Advertising sites online. There are lots of them. However, some require you to place some stuff on your site also. Sort of like "You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours."
