dont know about your town, but in my local newpaper everyweek there is a list of property transactions. ex. people who just bought or sold a house. the addresses are always listed. if this is not published in your local paper, look and see if your state has a monthly real estate newspaper. or take a trip down to town hall and ask where you can find a list of the past months property transactions. yes it is public info. although you will have to do the research on each property if you want to find out details about the mortgage. but the sales price is also listed.[ Edited by ZinOrganization on Date 02/26/2005 ]
You should be able to get a list of new mortgages from a local list broker. Look in the yellow pages for "List Broker" or "Mailing Lists". The list will come ready to be used for a direct mail campaign.

I think i would rather do my own digging for counties near me, and pay for list ings further away.
