The cheapest way is to go on the Internet and do it yourself....You can find it cheap for $300-$450...Becareful however, sometimes the Internet sites will charge your a low fee like $299, but then reserve the right to collect another $200 when you sell the house. If you know a realtor, you can ask them to do it for a fee,but they'll usually try to get you to sign them on as your realtor.... It's the same local MLS regardless...I've used the web many times myself, and had no problems.

Oh yeah, make sure you have listed on there that you cooperate with realtors so it is clear.

First of all I am a Real Estate Broker and a Realtor. You can list on my MLS any time you want you. Very simple. Call a Broker who is a member of the local MLS Tell him you would like to make a deal. You will give him $100 to list your property on the MLS. You will let him "Pocket the listing" for 15 days prior to listing. You will then pay a commission to any broker who brings you a buyer of: 3%. Of course this large fee can also be paid to your broker if he can make a deal. After all he has big edge he has the property for 15 day.all to himself.

Now this is what the clever broker will do. He will post flyers throughout your neighborhood offering the property for salel. He will check with the local appraisers to be sure the market values are properly reflected in the sale price and he has not super high listed. He will if he is on the ball. Hold an open house of your property and even, yes this is reaching. put a sign on the house that reads Open. He should sell the house if your pricing is at market.

This is done all the time. Just spell it all out on the MLS listing so the other brokers will know if they wish to work or not.

Get rich, er in your case richer.

    Lucius
