I have been using the 1-800 No Agent system for about 6 months, and it works for me.
These guys are basically an advertising agency... producing "I Buy" commercials, negotiating blocks of TV commercial time and reselling the time to investors.
For example, I put $5k into their pockets in Feb, 06. I received about 20 "I want to sell my home" replies and bought 4 of the homes.
That really works for me since all I had to do to attract these motivated sellers is stroke a check!

I have a quick question that hopefully someone in this thread can answer. I own a nursing home consulting business and I also invest is in real estate part time (which is why I am here). The nursing home consulting is growing very fast lately and I am in a position to where I need to add partners. I am working on this right now but need to find a way to route calls in certain territories to them. We need to keep the original phone number I have been using and then have calls that come from specific territories routed to my partners if the call comes from their area.
Anyways, I was reading this thread and thought these 800-noagent people must have a call routing company they use?
Can someone who uses them on here tell me who they use to route their calls?

I am skeptical about the lead conversion and ratios. We use those mediums with far lower conversion rates.
I would say 10 or 20 to one.
My good friend and fellow investor has a franchise here and is not getting even close to that ratio or number of responses..
