Handyman In Saginaw Michigan

I have a house in Saginaw, Michigan. 1500 sf 3/1.5 Got in cheap. Needs a lot of work but I am out of State Anyone recommend a local Contractor who is reasonable? I would like a local partner or buyer.[ Edited by Neill7 on Date 01/04/2004 ]

    Got some helpful suggestions and one near miss, but I am still looking for a buyer or a contractor to partner with.

    Even if you are a contractor that just wants the work we can talk as I will need a local guy.
