Guerilla Marketing;how To Run An Office???
hello fellow investors, is their anyone out their with a creative investing course focused on running a office and hiring workers? I am looking to open an office where i am and i would like to find a manual that i can follow from a successful investor who is doing this. You know ,with the basic applications that show what everyone should be doing. i need people calling FSBO's,preforeclosures/defualts, intaking calls from prospective buyers and sellers, sending letters,advertising,making transactions;the whole sha-Bang.
