Finding Someone To Get Preforeclosure Info?
I just read on a post here that someone pays someone/company locally to him for collecting info on preforeclosures, probate, and divorce info.
My question is how do you find soemone to do that? Is it a matter of just asking someone to go to the court house and collect the info? Or are there companies that can collect the info and email it to you?
is their info more faster/current than what you will find in the newspaper?

If you do pay someone to get this information for, and your county is lacking this service. That may be perfect for you to advertise that you have preforeclosure leads, and charge 45 a month. That way you dont have to pay out of your pockets. Then you will have first shot at getting your leads out first.
