where can i find out where bankruptcies are filed? are they filed at the courthouse or somewhere else? thanks.
yes, i can look up foreclosures on the state judicial website but i need either a case # or last name to do so, its probably the same with bankruptcies if there even on line. i will check that out, as well as the court house clerks. thanks.
