Ever Sell A Home On Ebay?
Just wondering if anyone has taken a hard to sell or limited market house and tried to sell it on Ebay in their Real Estate section. I have a really tough sell and am looking at other methods so to speak. Rick
Why is it hard to sell? I would not do a auction on ebay but it may be a good marketing tool. If there are houses on ebay in your area or even state look at the number of hits the listings have been getting. I have been thinking of putting some Florida land up for sale on there since they seem to get a lot of hits. Have you considered doing a real auction?
I would not put upper end properties on ebay. Upper end homes can take years to sell. If there is a section around the home with million plus homes I would market to them. People who live in million plus homes have friends who live in million plus homes.
Just curious, why not list it on the MLS?
Your property may not sell on eBay, however eBay is a good source of exposure for the property. I have used it a few times and it got me other business.
