Dont Walk Out The Door Without Signing A Contract!
Can you guys share some technique to convert tire kickers to signing contract before they walk out the door?
I was thinking maybe make them fill out survey on the things they dont like about the home for a chance to win a big screen tv before they leave the house. This way you can always follow up with them after you fix the problems they point out in the survey!!

In the current market, it is harder for the first time buyers to get loans and lots of people look... Try harder at purchasing in the right neighborhood and the prep work to sell and they will come to you with checkbook and preapproval in hand. I have people waiting for my next house to be completed. Find a fellow investor to give an honest opinion of what your house/s need or contact me and I will set up a day to drive down to the coast and give you honest feedback.

Yes contract it very essential formality being done between two responsible candidates. One should get this done positively and must have the copies so that later at the time of any issues one can easily show it.
