Direct Mail Marketing
I have my first short sale deal in the works, and now it is time to crank up my marketing machine. Does anyone have any recommendations for good list brokers and mailing houses? I think direct mail is the most cost effective way to market. Any and all thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Joe McVoy is one of the best direct mail gurus I know of. Check out his website and see what he has to offer. For a couple hundred bucks he ll train you to find the best broker and mailing house. The money you spend with him will make you thousands (money saved)

Direct mail may be the least expensive but it is not the most cost effective approach to lead generation.. I spend 40,000.00 a month on advertising "I buy Houses" and the best results come from large newsprint advertising and cable TV. Remember a business should spend between 8 and 12 percent of their gross return on advertising
