Direct Mail List Source For Targeting Preforclosures.
I'm wondering what the best source is for direct mail leads to reach pre-forclosure prospects. I currently have a membership to Realtytrac but am not sure they're the best. The stuff seems stale to me. Also wondering what some good demographics are for targeting preforclosure: length of residence, LTV, status of forclosure, etc. Thanks.

I'd suggest using the Advance Search feature and look up "Mailing Pre-forclosure", using the <Search for ALL words> option, looking in the Marketing Forum in the Title & Body.
I just did this and came up with 156 hits. Say only 20% are relative, that should give you about 30 postings to read through to get idea.
If you've already done all this, then perhaps you can make your question a bit more specific as to what exactly you're looking for.
