I can easily find the condemned houses, BUT have trouble tracking down and contacting the owners. Can someone advise me on what to do differently than looking up the information in tax records and trying to knock on the neighbors doors>
look in the white pages for phone numbers on the internet. Tax records are the best place to find owners information. If they have moved then maybe they had requested a change of address.
