I will do that, but I dont imagine too many investors will be jumping over this one. We are looking to sell it at about only 10k under value probably so there wouldnt necessarily be profit on the other side, unless Im missing something. Commercial, since you are from Chicago I would think you would have some great papers to post a classified in for this type of property.
