Call For Free Report Verbiage

Junoti profile photo

Does anyone have, or can anyone point me to, copy of what a free report would contain if I wanted to focus on the pre-foreclosure arena for sellers and buyers in general? For example, if I have people call in who want to sell their home, they would press some key number to get their "free report" on avoiding foreclosure. Same would apply for buyers who were looking into getting into a new home.

Thanks in advance!

I have yet to find a Free foreclosure site, most are at least $5 a week. Although you could just make a trip to the county court house weekly for free.

If two people misunderstood my question, I must not have been clear enough. Here's what I'm looking for:

I send out fliers and place ads in papers that say, "Avoid foreclosure! Call xxx-xxx-xxxx for your free report on how you can avoid foreclosure". In addition, I'd place ads that say "Looking to buy a home? Call xxx-xxx-xxxx for a free report to learn how to buy a home, blah blah blah.

Now, what I was asking was, does anyone have resources for creating the free report information that I would give over the phone?

I hope this is a little more clear.

I don't think you need to re-invent the wheel.

for AD Ideas and helpful Content use the SEARCH ARTICLES Button (above right)

    Put in

    "Preforeclosure"

    "Foreclosure"
    etc.

    DerrickAli,
That makes total sense! Wonder why I didn't think of that . Are the articles on here copyrighted or anything like that? I should probably ask the writer's permissions before using them for myself, huh?

    Thanks everyone for the advice!
