Big Or Small Postcards?

landandhouses profile photo

I want to mail postcards to preforeclosure but before i buy them i need to know if size makes a difference. Does anyone who has mailed postcards knows what works better big (6x11) or small (4x6) postcards to mail to pre-foreclosures? Thanks in advance.

what do you mean postage is more? a post card stamp is a the same unless you send out a legal size post card.

    charlotteinvestor,

Glad to help out, I would not want anyone to mail out post cards and have the potential client find out there was postage due on a solicitation for purchasing their property.

Of course on the other hand, the sender probably would receive a lot of phone calls from the mailing.

Then again you may have just created a new marketing method called "Postage Due" marketing for motivated sellers, brought to you by charlotteinvestor and guaranteed to bring you phone calls.

Bigger is better (oversized) . It will help you stand out due to the homeowner being barraged by other letters and postcards from investors once their foreclosure becomes public record.

not for leads, but for researching leads that I have found elsewhere.

The last time tried the foreclosure product it was pretty rough around the edges.

I find a local product for my home county and reports from the title company the best.
