Best Place To Get Mailing Lists
Where is the best place I could buy a mailing list of apartment addresses for my local area? And what is the going rate? I had someone quote me $14/1000, but thout sounds way too much.

Try Melissadata, I don't know if it is the 'best' place but it is one place.

Click on the "Occupants by ZIP Code" link in middle of the page, when you do the search by zip code or radius search check the check boxes to eliminate everything but the apartments and that should leave you with the apartment addresses only.
The rates are closer to about $9/1000 and they are going to be bar coded to qualify for automation mailing rates.
