Bandit Signs Up, No Phone Calls?
So for the past week ive been putting up all my bandit signs, something strange is happening though, no phone calls. Ive researched the areas i should be focusing on and have placed them in that area. If anyone in the orlando/kissimmee area can maybe give me a few pointers to the hotter areas that would be great.

Are your signe still up? Quite often the competition or the municipalities will remove them. 1 week isn't an incredible amount of time either. Give them some more time, and keep replacing them. If the signs are simple and to the point, You'll get calls. Remember people are reading them as they drive by them. Keep the message short.

on average how many signs would you put up at a time? ive been putting up about 25 at a time.
I ordered 100. Put up about 60 in a week. Took 1 week for the 1st call(from another investor). Drove around and all were up but 1. 1 week later another call, possible deal. This stuff doesn't happen overnight. I only put mine up in 2 zip code areas that I market to. I have 26 in my town. Will expand and put up more in other zip codes after a while. Everywhere you drive around in those zip codes you see my sign and 5 others. We'll see what happens. Networking is far better than putting up these darn signs all the time, but I tthink it's a necessary evil!
