Any Tips To Draw Out Motivated Sellers?

Does anybody have some quick tips on drawing out motivated sellers? I am scouting for someone now, and I need to draw these sellers out. My ad in the local pennysaver will be coming out this Friday, but where else can I look or post ads? Any good sites online? Thanks for any and all advice! Chris G

    You might watch the paper/county websites for divorces, pending foreclosures, evicted tenants, etc.

    put a add in the local paper "we buy homes" or similar.....km

    I have had ads on www.Adlandpro.com that has worked for me. However, Bandit signs are the best. The next best thing is going to www.FSBO.COM and emailing individuals with Email addresses.
