Answering Service

Rogue profile photo

Hello,

I have read several posts and articles on the web that advocate using an answering service to prescreen sellers/buyers calling on ads. The theory holds that people will hang up if they get a machine and move on to the next ad as opposed to a live person which can then gather their information.

For those who are doing this, is there a problem with quality of service (e.g., putting callers on hold, rude, incomplete reading of script, etc.)?

What does it cost (I'm in So. Cali. if that makes any difference which it probably doesn't)?

Any recommendations?
