Advertising We Buy Houses
Because the Las Vegas market has been so hot it is almost impossible to get good deals on the mls alone. I would like to start a new campaign so that i can get some leads so that i can continue to purchase property at discount prices. Anyone have any good ideas on getting fresh leads? Also has anybody ever tried the We buy Houses approach? Was it sucessful?

i dont think non-subscribed members can use the search button or articles. but he doesnt have to look far right in the marketing forum to get his answer.
yes "we buy houses" does work, but if you want to differentiate yourself from the thousands who use that phrase, then come up with something creative.
well considering he gets a free membership for the first month or so he can search the articles.
thats what i mean, if hes not a subscribing member he cant search or use pretty much anything. i doubt he can search the articles.
weather he has a free one month membership or not doesnt mean he has access to the features.

I think i paid like 350 shipped with step stakes. So they are not to much compared to what you will get in return. They will be paid for a million times over
I forgot to ad i got them off of the internet. Just do a regular google search or something. Look though all of the sites and try to find the best price. I even think i saw a special on those on one site for like 180 shipped

Goldmine is a real good package, well worth the money. it even has phone integration so if you set it up correctly it will dial your phone for you.
Top Producer is one that I found that some real estate agents are using and from what saw online it seems like it would handle everything you may need it for. The thing I liked about it is that it is browser based so you can access it from anywhere. Just type in the name then .com and it will take you to the site. I hope this helps.
